comfortable room but check-in was slow
The Superior Double Room was spacious and modern, providing a comfortable retreat after a day out. The hotel's staff were exceptionally friendly and gave helpful suggestions for exploring nearby attractions. Just a short walk to the city center made it convenient for dining options and local visits. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. it had a delightful variety of fresh options that made my mornings pleasant.
Check-in was a bit slow, which added some initial inconvenience.

Check-in procedures were convoluted, making the start of my stay unnecessarily confusing!!! Really, a hotel should not misplace passport copies, and the lack of in-room tea/coffee facilities was disappointing!!! Also, the bathroom layouts could use more privacy!!!

The iron and board delivered promptly were appreciated. pillows provided little support.

missingWrote a review on 14 Julclean roomgreat showerhigh room ratepayment issuespoor management
The room was newly furnished and spotlessly clean, featuring a nice bathroom with an excellent shower. Its location was also impressive, just a short stroll from the shopping center. However, the high rate, especially for the second night, did not feel justified. Miscommunication regarding payment led to unexpected international fees, which left a negative impact on the experience.
